These Terms of Service govern your use of Academica Hub at academicahub.com, provided by Academica (“Academica,” “we,” or “us”). Academica Hub is for authorized users only: Academica employees and the staff and board members of the charter schools Academica serves. By signing in, you agree to these terms.
Using Academica Hub
- Keep your password and sign-in codes private, and do not let anyone else use your account.
- Use Academica Hub only for your work with Academica or your school.
- Do not try to reach accounts, data, or tools you have not been given.
- We may suspend or end access to protect accounts or when your role changes.
SMS Terms
- Program name: Academica Hub sign-in codes.
- What we send: one-time codes to sign in to Academica Hub or to confirm your mobile number. We never send marketing or promotional texts.
- How you join: inside Academica Hub, enter your mobile number, check the consent box, and confirm the number with the code we text you. Joining is optional; you can always sign in with your password.
- Message frequency: you get a text only when you request a code.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out: reply STOP to any sign-in code text. You will get one confirmation and no further texts. You can also remove your number in Settings.
- For help: reply HELP, or email aiautomationsteam@academicanv.com.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number and consent.
Changes to These Terms
If we change these terms, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
